Members of the Sacramento Chapter will be available during this time for you to experience what coaching is like through the use of a “laser coaching session.” Laser coaching is not intended to be a full coaching session (typically 45-60 minutes) but rather it is a “taste” of what it’s like to be deeply listened to and coached. Sign up and “drop in” when it’s convenient and you will be paired with an ICF certified coach who will spend 15 minutes with you.

Each session will include:

1. Brief introduction to explain what coaching is, and what it isn’t.
2. Request for you to provide a topic on which you’d like to be coached.
3. Coaching
4. Summary and Wrap Up
