CCEUs: 1.0 in Core Competencies
Date: June 17, 2026
Time: Noon - 1:00pm PT
What happens when a single image bypasses the thinking mind and goes straight to insight? When a word card surfaces something a client didn't know they knew?
Join us for a hands-on exploration of Speak Up Digital by Points of You® — a playful, photography-based platform that uses images, metaphors, and word associations to ignite imagination, trigger intuition, and spark the kind of authentic dialogue that moves coaching conversations from surface to substance.
This isn't a sit-back-and-listen webinar. The first 20 registrants will be invited directly into the Speak Up Digital platform to choose their own image and word cards in real time, while the rest of the group experiences the process collaboratively as we work through it together as a chapter.
We'll use the experience to explore something close to home: your ICF Sacramento Chapter membership. Through the lens of three guiding words — Connect, Contribute, Thrive — you'll reflect on what you're already receiving from your membership and discover new ways to deepen and enhance your experience. You'll leave with both a personal insight and a practical, repeatable process you can take into your own coaching practice tomorrow.
Who Should Attend:
Coaches at every stage — newer, experienced, and credentialed — who are curious about visual and metaphor-based coaching tools, want to expand their facilitation toolkit, or simply want to experience a different kind of coaching conversation.
Please register early. The first 20 registrants will receive direct access to the Speak Up Digital platform during the session.
What You'll Take Away
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
Experience firsthand how digital image and word cards engage whole-brain thinking, bypass cognitive filters, and unlock creativity, intuition, and emotional resonance in coaching conversations.
Apply a simple, repeatable visual coaching framework using the Connect–Contribute–Thrive process, gaining language and structure you can adapt for one-on-one clients, teams, and group sessions.
Discover the difference visual tools make in eliciting deeper insights, building connection, and creating safe space for honest reflection — even in a virtual environment.
Reflect personally on your ICF Sacramento Chapter membership, identifying what's already nourishing you and where you'd like to grow your engagement, contribution, and sense of belonging.
Walk away with practical ideas for integrating Points of You® methodology and digital image cards into your existing coaching practice, whether working solo, in pairs, or with groups.
