CCEUs: 1.5 in Core Competencies
Date: September 8, 2026
Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm PT
Building a coaching culture inside an organization isn’t about title, budget, or authority — it’s about how you show up.
In this session, you’ll learn how to build internal coaching buy-in from the inside out by strengthening your influence, communicating value, and aligning with key stakeholders. You’ll also be introduced to the S.W.A.G.™ framework — a simple, reflective tool designed to help you stay aware of how you’re showing up internally through your thoughts, feelings, and intuition, and how that impacts your effectiveness as a coach.
This session offers practical insights and approaches you can integrate into your existing coaching style to build trust, create alignment, and generate meaningful traction within your organization.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify common barriers to internal coaching buy-in and recognize how breakdowns in trust, influence, and perceived value impact coaching effectiveness within organizations.
2. Strengthen their ability to communicate the value of coaching in a way that resonates with stakeholders and aligns with organizational priorities.
3. Increase self-awareness of their internal state and how their thoughts, emotions, and intuition influence their presence and impact as a coach.
4. Apply a practical reflective approach (S.W.A.G.™) to create greater internal alignment and support more effective coaching conversations and outcomes.
