In this Lunch & Learn, presenter Olivier Malafronte offers coaches a timely and comprehensive look at the current state of AI in coaching — where the research stands, how the market is evolving, and what it all means for your practice.

He’ll share the latest research and market trends, demo an AI coaching platform built by coaches for coaches, and walk through real-world illustrative case studies from his clients to illustrate the current market and research states.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what AI coaching looks like, what clients are asking and saying, how to integrate AI into your practice today, and how to position yourself as a human coach in front of, and alongside, AI.

Speaker: Olivier Malafronte

Olivier Malafronte is a coach and pioneer in AI coaching who has been at the forefront of the field since 2015. He holds a PhD in AI Coaching and Leadership Development. He launched the first AI coach on the market and founded the first ICF AI Coaching Forum in Paris in 2017, and is a co-author of the ICF Global AI Coaching Standards.

Olivier is the co-founder of three AI coaching companies, including Magif.ai, and serves as an executive coach working with clients across the industry. He’s a member of the AI Coaching Coalition (an independent body reporting to ICF, EMCC, and AC) and is an associated researcher and teacher at the University Côte d'Azur, where he contributes to AI Coaching and Professional Development courses.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 8:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event; however, refunds will be in the form of credit for a future event. Non-members who register for a future event and want to use a credit from a prior event MUST search and select their record from the non-member database after clicking the Register button. After clicking Register for an event, you will be taken to a screen to input your info, you will see a link titled "Have you previously registered for an event or are you on our mailing list? Click here to search." Enter your email and first name, then Search. When your record is returned, your credit should be applied if you cancelled your registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.
