Women juggle a lot everyday; at the World Women's Conference in Beijing, it was proclaimed that women hold up half the world!
This discussion goes into what that means in real life, why it matters, and how it can be done more efficiently.
Learning Objectives:
1. Discuss what a typical woman’s schedule looks like, and how it might change through various life cycles.
2. Strategies to meet life’s demands where they are in a way that honors who we are at different stages of life.
3. How I’m learning to use No as a complete sentence.
4. What’s at stake if we don’t learn to put our own mask on first.
