Nature-Based Coaching Experience

* Parking at Ancil Hoffman Park: $7.00

* Bring water and a hat

* Wear comfortable walking shoes

* Dress in layers in case the morning is cool

* Binoculars welcome

As coaches, we spend so much of our time holding space for others.

This experience, led by Sonia Singh, PCC, is an invitation to let someone else hold a little space for you.

Join ICF Sacramento for a restorative outdoor coaching experience designed to help you slow down and experience a gentle form of coaching in nature.

We'll begin together with a brief grounding practice before heading out on a 1.6-mile silent, facilitated nature walk through the beautiful Effie Yeaw Nature Center preserve in Carmichael.

The easy trail winds through 100 acres of open oak woodland, river floodplain, and riparian habitat, creating a peaceful setting for reflection and renewal.

After the walk, we'll complete the experience with a closing practice.
