What does it mean to be ethical as a coach? How well do you know ICF's Code of Conduct? What are some of the common missteps coaches make, and how can you avoid them? If you are an ICF Coach and you are committed to upholding our Professional Standards, join us for this interactive teleclass to deepen your knowledge of our Code of Conduct and keep your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.
Come prepared to ask questions, share your experiences and explore the boundaries of professional conduct for coaching.
This session will be facilitated by our Chapter President, Michele Tevis, PCC. Michele has over two decades of diverse experience leveraging effective coaching methodologies to improve the performance of individuals and groups, most notably at Apple headquarters. Throughout her career, she has coached, consulted, and partnered with all levels of leadership, including senior executives. As a Certified Professional Coach, Michele pulls from this well of knowledge to help her clients move forward in their career and leadership journeys.
Michele is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a certificate in Business & Life Coaching from the University of California, Davis Extension.
