Biography
I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and senior HR leader with more than 25 years of experience working with leaders and organizations across corporate, startup, and nonprofit environments. Throughout my career, what I've enjoyed most is helping people grow, navigate challenges, and become more confident and effective leaders.
My approach to coaching is shaped by years of firsthand experience in organizational leadership, people strategy, and navigating the complexities of the workplace. I understand that leadership isn't always easy, and I believe having the space to think, reflect, and explore new perspectives can make a meaningful difference.
I partner with executives, emerging leaders, and leadership teams who want to strengthen their leadership, navigate transitions, build self-awareness, and create greater impact. My coaching style is thoughtful, down-to-earth, and direct. I bring curiosity, practical business insight, and a willingness to challenge perspectives while creating a supportive space for honest reflection and growth.
My background includes strategic HR leadership, organizational culture, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management. I also incorporate leadership and emotional intelligence assessments when they can help deepen self-awareness and support meaningful development.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Human Development, a Coaching Certificate from UC Davis, and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. I'm also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a certified EQ-i 2.0 practitioner, and certified in E3 and Blindspotting assessments.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: meaningful leadership growth begins with self-awareness. I genuinely enjoy partnering with people as they discover new possibilities, build confidence, and become the leaders they aspire to be.
