Dr. Elizabeth Sherrell-Davis (Dr. E.) has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management and is a Certified Advanced Life Coach. She is the founder of Signature of Excellence Coaching & Consulting Firm, where she empowers women 40+—including leaders, entrepreneurs, and those in transition—to achieve clarity, confidence, and work-life balance. A retired Instructional Design Manager for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Dr. E. led curriculum design for 85,000 employees and authored the department’s Instructional Design Manual. She also teaches at Folsom Lake College and is a sought-after speaker and podcast guest. Known for her tagline “Envision. Empower.
