Biography
Christina is the Co-founder and Co-owner of Jigsaw Coaching, an innovative organization that provides cultural skills coaching and training. She is dedicated to helping leaders and teams overcome the frustration of cultural confusion, so they can become skilled at navigating cultural differences and achieve their goals effectively. Christina approaches this work with warmth, empathy, and a desire to see every person flourish.
Christina has leadership experience in K-12 and higher education, pastoral ministry, and faith-based global non-profit settings. She is the president of an association with international membership. These diverse experiences allow her to offer a unique blend of cultural insights to those seeking to expand their leadership capabilities.
Raised in the UK by Korean and English parents, Christina has lived in five different countries, worked with leaders across six continents, and currently resides with her husband, two teen girls, and their yellow Labrador retriever, Friar Tuck, in tree-lined and dog-friendly East Sacramento.
