Peer Coaching Program

Join us to turn your professional goals into momentum! Our Peer Coaching Program is designed to support your development and certification goals in a collaborative setting with flexible scheduling.

You'll build supportive peer relationships and forge meaningful connections through mutually-supportive learning and shared experiences. Expand your coaching skills as you widen your professional circle!

We offer two opportunities for peer coaching: Coaching Triads and Reciprocal Coaching

Coaching Triads
Coaching Triads offer an efficient, hands-on way to build confidence, improve technique, and accelerate professional growth. This dynamic, three-session program offers immediate feedback and exposure to various coaching styles. You'll meet once a week for 90 minutes, rotating to a different role each week (Coach, Client, and Observer), ensuring a multi-faceted and experiential approach to your coach development. Click to learn more about Coaching Triads.

Reciprocal Coaching
Reciprocal Coaching helps you grow your skills, expand your professional network, and meet ICF credentialing requirements — all in one streamlined experience. It's
a great opportunity to practice ICF Core Competencies and enhance your confidence by participating as both coach and client. Over a 12-week period, experiment with new techniques, engage with diverse coaching methodologies, learn from peers, and refine your skills in a safe, supportive environment. Coaching Triads

This is a three-session program where participants meet once a week for 90 minutes, rotating to a different role each week (Coach, Client, and Observer). Plan to complete all three sessions within one month.

Continuing Education: Earn 1.5 CCEUs in Core Competencies
Coaching Hours: Earn 1 reciprocal coaching hour that counts toward certification

Here’s What You’ll Gain

Enhanced Coaching Skills. In your role as Coach, you’ll gain practice implementing the ICF Core Competencies and the valuable opportunity for self-reflection and feedback, allowing you to assess and enhance your coaching style.

New Perspective. In your role as Client, you'll gain valuable perspective on different coaching strategies and better understand the emotional and psychological dynamics of being in a receptive role, which can enhance your empathy and effectiveness when coaching others.

Critical Evaluation Skills. In your role as Observer, you’ll use the provided feedback form to critically evaluate coaching interactions, deepening your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies and how to apply them effectively. It also sharpens your feedback skills, essential for constructive coaching.
