Former ICF Life Vision & Enhancement Community of Practice Co-Leader Emma-Louise Elsey will share her story and coaching career evolution over the last 15 years, talk about the hero's journey, why building a coaching business is so challenging as well as sharing the Top 10 Lessons she's learned about what it really takes to build a successful coaching business. 3 Key Learning Takeaways

In this 3-part presentation, Emma-Louise will first discuss why building a Coaching Business is particularly challenging. Then she'll talk about The Hero’s Journey (a journey every coach is on) and share her coaching journey and evolution to get where she is today. Lastly, she will share the 10 Lessons she's identified as necessary to grow a successful coaching business. And while she shares some hard truths, the goal of this session is to offer inspiration and motivation as you grow your coaching business.

 

Emma Louise Elsey Blue

Emma-Louise Elsey is a professional life coach, NLP practitioner and founder of The Coaching Tools Company.com. She began her career in technology as a systems analyst/programmer, then a project and relationship manager for Fortune 500 companies. She has always loved managing teams and is fascinated by people, leadership and social dynamics. She discovered coaching in 2003 and hasn't looked back. Now, a leader, writer and entrepreneur in the coaching field, she loves to create fun, helpful and practical coaching resources for coaches and clients. So far she has written or edited over 750 coaching-related articles, and created over 100 coaching tools, forms and exercises to help people learn to love themselves and create a life they love. But finding her "niche" in the coaching world, where she fits, and making a living hasn't been an easy path as you will hear in this session.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event; however, refunds will be in the form of credit for a future event. Non-members who register for a future event and want to use a credit from a prior event MUST search and select their record from the non-member database after clicking the Register button. When your record is returned, your credit should be applied if you cancelled your registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.
