Hello Sacramento Coaches,
Please join ICF Sacramento for our virtual Lunch & Learn Session on April 22nd. While we can't meet in person, we can still share lunch virtually so feel free to bring your snacks with you. With so much going on in our lives, our lunch and learns are intended to be a virtual lunchtime discussion on a current theme, led using the principles of high engagement convening, to deepen our insights and rise to new challenges both personally and as a community. (Presentations are by exception.) Our April discussion will focus on findings from our April 6 & 8 Virtual Coaching Connections, and first-hand experiences of what matters most to purposeful coaching during unpredictable times.
While a broad range of outcomes are possible, the core purpose is to stimulate thought and exchange of knowledge, focusing on coaching, business and business-related issues. This session will be facilitated by our President-Elect Laurie Cozart. Laurie Cozart is a seasoned executive and brings mature perspective and broad expertise to leadership training, coaching and consulting. For more than 30 years Laurie has trained, coached and mentored emerging leaders, mid-level and senior executives in a wide range of industries including high tech, engineering, health care, medicine, education and government.
Laurie has been an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Instructor for the University of California at Davis Extension for over 7 years, and was the recipient of the UC Davis “Outstanding Service Award” for Inspiring a World of Learning. Laurie is the Founder and CEO of Brain Squared Solutions Inc. an organization dedicated to using neuroscience to build conscious and engaged organizations teams and communities, by helping managers and leaders reach their greatest aspirations and step into their fullest potential.
