Join ICF Sacramento for our next Lunch & Learn Session on April 28th!
Pack up, bring your sack lunch, business cards, and, of course, all your questions, and come ready to connect, share, listen, support and take advantage of this opportunity to learn from the experiences and wisdom from our speaker. We look forward to seeing you and hearing your unique ideas and insights.
An ICF Sacramento Board member will be there to greet you and the meeting will be facilitated by an ICF Sacramento Chapter Member.
After this workshop you will have up-levelled your ability to give on-the-spot coaching to potential clients and will be ready to support the ICF-Sacramento Charter Chapter as a laser coach volunteer at community events
What you will learn, experience and take away:
- What Laser Coaching is and what it is not.
- A 5-step model to conduct Laser Coaching
- A Cheat Sheet PDF for conducting Laser Coaching
- Live experience in group Laser Coaching 1 client in “popcorn” process.
- Live experience in dyads: You Laser Coaching for 10 minutes. You are client for 10 minutes.
Important:
• Please be on time. This is a faced paced and highly interactive workshop.
• Please bring a topic/goal/issue/problem to be coached on – that you are willing to share confidentially in a dyad.
• All participants will be laser coaching.
About our Presenter Leann Ferry
Leann is an Executive Leadership and Communication coach. She has been coaching since 2013 and founded Courageous Mindset® Coaching in 2015. Her expertise is in collaborative leadership, work-life flow, wellbeing and communication. Her clients are leaders in U.S. government agencies, small-medium business start ups, universities, energy, telecommunications, healthcare, banking and biopharmaceuticals. Leann uses strengths based and positive psychology approaches in her coaching. She supports leaders to increase their self-awareness, strengthen their mindsets and up-level their collaboration and communication skills so they increase their ability to thrive, influence and empower others, and achieve their goals. Leann’s uniqueness as a coach is a focus on courage and how it is or is not showing up in a client’s life. This is because becoming self-aware, accepting how your attitudes and biases are shaping your life and being willing to behave and communicate in new ways all take courage. Leann has been a member of the ICF- Sacramento Chapter since 2015, served 2 years as Director of Special events (2017-2018) and has taught “Laser Coaching” to chapter members for the last 3 years.
