What if you could master the capacity to create meaningful exchange, authentic engagement, and commitment to action, in all your conversations and gatherings?  Not just sometimes, but almost always?  There is a specific set of steps, a pathway if you like, to create unprecedented levels of collaboration, learning and growth:  The Art of Convening. Convening creates an environment in which voices are heard, authentic exchanges take place, and transformative outcomes result.

The Art of Convening is a profound, yet simple practice, incorporating nine core elements of inner and outer work. These elements, taken together, enable you to establish safety and trust with your clients, as in all your relationships.  The practice of Convening opens new possibilities, to fulfill the highest purpose of an engagement. The Art of Convening can be applied with coaching clients, with people in your workplace, and in your personal relationships.

Learning Objectives: In partnership, we will explore the nine aspects of the Convening Wheel and their application within your specific leadership, team, coaching, and life settings.  You will identify a learning challenge for practice, after the program.

Convening works in any setting and can be adapted to virtually any group process. It is well aligned with ICF core competencies and optimizes individual, group and team coaching.
