About Maryam Ghadiri
Maryam is a first-generation immigrant to the United States, who left her home in northern Iran in 2012 to pursue a PhD at Purdue University. Currently, Maryam serves as an organizational development specialist at Organizational Excellence at UC Davis. Over the past decade, Maryam has served as an education specialist, researcher, and accomplished leadership coach at centers of higher education throughout the US and abroad. Maryam has extensive experience in the design and implementation of leadership development programs and DEIJ workshops for higher education, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. She aims to help scientists, engineers, and leaders build exceptional and successful teams by developing leadership skills, increasing innovation, and creating effective workplace cultures.
