Coaching Dignity, Agency, and Integrity in the AI Age
DEI has shifted. Budgets are shrinking, teams are being dismantled, and many leaders are unsure how to move forward with courage and clarity.
At the same time, AI is accelerating and shaping workplace decisions in real time.
In this session, Dr. Freddy introduces his DAISI framework, now integrated into WinningOS - a humanist operating system that blends AI mastery + InQ (human intuition), grounded in human development.
DAISI is a human-centered model rooted in five essentials that can’t be "compliance-trained" into people:
Dignity • Agency • Integrity • Stewardship • Intimacy
Dr. Freddy will give you practical language and tools to help clients lead with humanity while navigating change, pressure, and AI-driven environments.
