Get the answers to these questions at this interactive webinar designed to provide coaches with coaching tools developed from the Transtheoretical Model of Change that help clients experience increased self-efficacy, mastery experiences, and lasting change. Coaching with the right tools at each stage of the model, ensures that clients set goals that are appropriately challenging and achievable.

Learning objectives are:

  1. Understand the Transtheoretical Model of Change, its history and application too coaching.
  2. Gain the ability to identify what stage of readiness for change a client is in for a particular behavior.
  3. Apply coaching skills and tools appropriate for each stage of readiness for change.
  4. Learn from cases and questions provided by program participants.



BIO


Barrett McBride, PhD, MCC, is a master certified coach who has been coaching professionally for over 20 years. For more than 15 years she has been CEO of McBride & Associates, an executive leadership coaching and management consulting firm.

Barrett is dedicated to continuous development of the executive leadership coaching profession. Over the last 10 years she has expanded her practice to include helping coaches achieve greater mastery in their own practices, through supervising coaches, research, teaching, facilitating workshops and seminars, and mentoring Barrett is a faculty member for an international coach training organization. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event; however, refunds will be in the form of credit for a future event. Non-members who register for a future event and want to use a credit from a prior event MUST search and select their record from the non-member database after clicking the Register button. After clicking Register for an event, you will be taken to a screen to input your info, you will see a link titled "Have you previously registered for an event or are you on our mailing list? Click here to search." Enter your email and first name, then Search. When your record is returned, your credit should be applied if you cancelled your registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.
