This session is facilitated by one of chapter's member and certified coach, Jackie Alcalde Marr, ACC. Jackie is the founder of Evolutions Consulting Group, helping individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations achieve their goals in ways that accentuate their core passions. She works with private, public and non-profit/community organizations. With twenty-five years of organization development experience in Fortune 500 companies, Jackie has lived abroad and has worked with leaders in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She is a certified leadership and personal coach and teaches courses at the University of San Francisco, Drexel University, the University of the Pacific, and California State University, Sacramento. She is the co-author of Social Media at Work: How Networking Tools Propel Organizational Performance. 

Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications with a minor in Spanish from California State University, Sacramento. She is certified in ODR’s ManagingOrganizational Change, Pritchett’sChange Management program, Buzan Centre’s Mind Mapping, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, and the PDI 360 assessment.  In addition, she has training in strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard.
