The ninth ICF Core Competency - Designing Actions - aids in facilitating learning and results through the practice of working with the client to design actions or activities outside of the coaching session to continue exploration, increase awareness and learning and move toward the desired goal.
Together we will unpack what it means to engage in Designing Actions with our clients to support the clients' goals, learning style and desired pace.
Join us for this interactive teleclass to deepen your knowledge of facilitating learning and growth with clients and keep your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.
Come prepared to ask questions, share your experience and explore the nuances of Designing Actions.
This session will be facilitated by our Chapter Past President, Coleen Chandler, PCC, CPCC. Coleen is an accomplished Creativity and Performance coach who helps artists, performers, creators and innovative leaders strategize, focus and execute their artistic visions and talents to build thriving careers and live a life of creative passion. Her clients span the globe and no matter their nationality and art form, one thread remains constant: to flourish a creator must create; a performer must perform; an entrepreneur must expand. Coleen's mission is to inspire all creative professionals to manifest their passion and live their absolute best creative life.
Coleen is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), mentor, business consultant, and a performing singer-songwriter. She currently serves as Past President of ICF Sacramento.
