PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

It's International Coaching Week (ICW)!

 

Dear ICF coaches and friends of ICF Sacramento,

 

International Coaching Week (ICW) starts today, Monday, April 29th – Friday, May 3rd, and ICF is ready for a weeklong celebration to educate the public about the value of working with a professional coach!  Our global association has more than 50 Chapters participating and offering over 200 activities and pro bono services for the 20th year of ICW, we hope to help the world Experience Coaching once again.   

To kick off ICW, 2019 ICF Board Chair Jean-Francois Cousin, MCC, invites you to experience community involvement on a global scale. Here is the link to his video https://vimeo.com/316617499 for you to watch at your convenience.  It is truly an exciting time for ICF.  

What is ICF Sacramento doing?  Our chapter will be partnering with three sponsors to share a coaching experience within our community.  The events are Tuesday, April 30th at the Impact Foundry with American River Bank and Wednesday, May 1st at Black Oak Casino.  We are expecting a great turn out at both events, and several coaches from our chapter have volunteer time to participate and provide laser coaching.  Your board of directors extends a heartfelt and grateful THANK YOU!

We are excited about sharing with our community the benefits of coaching and are looking forward to this week.  For those of you who were not able to participate, PLEASE go out and share within your community the benefits of coaching, the value of working with a coach, and that we believe coaching can change the world!
