About this event
CCEUs: TBD
Date: November 12, 2025
Time: Noon - 1:00pm PT
Clients are showing up tired, distracted, and carrying what’s happening in the world. And coaches are too. Often, burnout is the first thing in the room.
In this interactive session, we’ll model real language, simple structures, and healthy boundaries for coaching when burnout, well being, and resilience are the real topics.
Koi Rivers, DEIB Director, will open a discussion with Dr. Brian Arao as we dive into real coaching moments and action-based results.
Walk away with ways to:
- Open sessions when a client arrives overwhelmed
- Compare and contrast the concepts of burnout and burn through
- Name burnout or distress without derailing the coaching focus
- Hold boundaries when a topic is bigger than coaching
- Close tougher sessions with grounding and clear next step so clients leave steady (and you don’t carry it)
You’ll be invited to practice, get real insight, and share what works with your own clients.
