Effie Yeaw Nature Center
Experience the magic of connection both with the land and with each other.
We’re gathering again for a late afternoon/early evening of exploration and presence
at one of Sacramento’s hidden gems: Effie Yeaw Nature Center.
This 100-acre preserve along the American River invites us into stillness, curiosity, and reflection.
Together, we’ll walk through serene oak woodlands and meadows
just as the setting sun paints the landscape with golden light.

As coaches, we know the power of presence and nature is one of our greatest teachers.
This walk will be a chance to slow down, reconnect, and let the rhythms of the natural world
inspire fresh perspective, meaningful conversation, and deeper community.
Whether it’s the call of a hawk overhead or the rooted wisdom of ancient oaks,
we’ll listen together—for what nature wants to teach us.
Let’s gather under the fading winter sky and welcome
the wisdom of nature, right in our own backyard.
We can’t wait to walk with you.
