What happens when coaching moves beyond the chair? Experiential coaching - coaching while engaging in a physical or embodied activity - creates powerful opportunities for insight, awareness, and real-time learning.
In this Lunch & Learn, participants will explore what experiential coaching is, why it works, and how to thoughtfully create programs that integrate movement, environment, and action.
This session blends inspiration with practical guidance, supporting coaches who are curious about expanding their offerings while staying aligned with ICF competencies, ethics, and professional standards.
