Join ICF Sacramento Charter Chapter for an exciting presentation on laser coaching to get ready for International Coaching Week!
Come ready to connect, share, listen, support, and take advantage of this opportunity to learn. After this meeting, you will have up-leveled your ability to give on-the-spot coaching to potential clients and will be ready to support the ICF Sacramento Charter Chapter as a laser coach volunteer at community events.
What you will learn, experience, and take away:
1. What Laser Coaching is and what it is not.
2. A 5-step model to conduct Laser Coaching
3. A Cheat Sheet PDF for conducting Laser Coaching
4. Live experience in group Laser Coaching 1 client in the "popcorn" process.
5. Live experience in dyads: You Laser Coaching for 10 minutes. You are the client for 10 minutes.
Important:
• Please be on time. This is a fast-paced and highly interactive presentation.
• Bring a topic/goal/issue/problem to be coached on that you are willing to share confidentially in a dyad.
• All participants will be laser coaching.

Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships, ICF Sacramento
Elissa supports clients navigating life and career transitions with her own interdisciplinary blended coaching model, which integrates future-focused visualizations, neuroscience, and holistic wellness practices. She also creates customized wellness employee programs for socially conscious and philanthropic organizations.
Elissa holds credentials in Somatic Holistic Life Coaching, Positive Intelligence, Executive & Leadership, Organizational Development, AI & Prompt Engineering for Ethical Coaching Practices, Mentor Coaching, and an Interdisciplinary BA in Creative Coaching for Community Wellness.
In addition to serving the local ICF chapter, she is the ICF Global Ambassador for the Coaching Science Community of Practice.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, April 13, 2026 at 8:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event; however, refunds will be in the form of credit for a future event. Non-members who register for a future event and want to use a credit from a prior event MUST search and select their record from the non-member database after clicking the Register button. After clicking Register for an event, you will be taken to a screen to input your info, you will see a link titled "Have you previously registered for an event or are you on our mailing list? Click here to search." Enter your email and first name, then Search. When your record is returned, your credit should be applied if you cancelled your registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.
