CCEUs: 1.0 in Core Competencies
and 0.5 in Resource Development

Date: August 11, 2026
Time:
6:30pm - 8:00pm PT

Roll up your sleeves! This program will immerse you in an arts-based experiential learning activity AND introduce you to the concepts, research and impact of arts-based experiential learning as a coaching methodology.

We will introduce participants to the theory and science behind Arts-Based Experiential Learning (ABEL) as a bridge into engaging participants directly in arts-based experiences.

We will examine an actual leadership development use case as a way to demonstrate the what, how and outcomes of selective coaching relationships.

Participants will also learn about a breakthrough assessment instrument that directly and objectively measures the impact of Arts-Based Experiential Learning on the four foundational skills of innovation:
Readiness to Learn, Cognitive Agility, Collaboration and Activating Innovation.
