International Coaching Week (ICW), May 11–17, is an annual weeklong global celebration of the coaching profession, designed to share and educate about the value of working with a professional coach and to acknowledge the personal and professional results and progress that can be achieved through the coaching process. During ICW, coaches around the world offer a variety of activities and pro bono services in their local communities so others can experience, firsthand, coaching and its benefits.

Join us for a virtual forum as we kick off our week-long celebration of International Coaching Week (ICW)!
In this session hosted by Katie Kanowsky, ICF Sacramento Past President, we’ll take a closer look at professional coaching, what it’s all about, and how it can be a powerful catalyst for growth, helping to define and manifest personal and professional goals, work through challenges, and create lasting change.
We’ll explore how to know if you’re ready for coaching. You’ll join in an interactive group learning activity, and you’ll see a live laser coaching demonstration. What is laser coaching? It’s a condensed version of a full coaching conversation, capturing essential elements in just 20 minutes. The session will demonstrate the application of coaching tools, highlighting how professional coaching can be transformative.
Throughout the forum, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions and share your takeaways.
