This interactive session introduces coaches to constellation coaching methods for working with human organizational systems and subsystems. Participants will explore how coaching systems - such as teams, relationships, and organizational dynamics - differs from coaching individuals.
Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn practical constellation techniques that allow clients to visualize the systems they are part of, uncover hidden dynamics, and identify opportunities for change. These methods help clients see relationships, roles, and patterns within a system in new ways.
Participants will experience both tabletop and physical constellation exercises that can be easily adapted for individual coaching, team coaching, and group facilitation. Coaches will leave with practical, repeatable tools they can immediately apply in their coaching practice to deepen awareness and generate meaningful insights with clients.
Participants will be able to:
* Define systems and subsystems and explain how coaching a system differs from coaching individuals.
* Facilitate tabletop constellation exercises that help clients visualize system components and dynamics.
* Facilitate physical constellation exercises that surface diverse perspectives and generate insights within teams and organizational systems.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, May 05, 2026 at 8:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event; however, refunds will be in the form of credit for a future event. Non-members who register for a future event and want to use a credit from a prior event MUST search and select their record from the non-member database after clicking the Register button. After clicking Register for an event, you will be taken to a screen to input your info, you will see a link titled "Have you previously registered for an event or are you on our mailing list? Click here to search." Enter your email and first name, then Search. When your record is returned, your credit should be applied if you cancelled your registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.
