Achieving Transformational Change: The Missing Ingredient

Everyday coaches around the world lose business they could have had and miss opportunities helping their clients make transformational changes. And their problem isn’t what they think it is. They aren’t paying attention to the most critical factor in facilitating change; the crucial ingredient that determines what they will actually do or be and when they’ll take action. They don’t know what it is, and even if they did they wouldn’t know what to do about it. That ingredient is productive tension. The degree to which we can manage our client’s level of tension is the degree to which we will be successful in helping our clients make bigger changes in less time.
Coaches will learn:
- The most critical ingredient to help clients make transformational change
- Five key responses every client experiences, and how to identify each one
- The key tension management mistakes coaches make when dealing with clients (and prospects), and how to deal with them
- A new way to evaluate how to approach clients through a unique lens
- How to get to the core issue more quickly and comprehensively
Receive 0.5 Core Competency and 0.5 Resource Development CCEUs
NOTE: To be awarded CCEU credit, you must attend the full webinar. A code word will be provided at the beginning and end of the webinar that you can use to request your CCEU certificate.
