Mo_Mabry_BOD_pic.png

President Elect

Morice Mabry, PCC

Morice "Coach Mo" Mabry, PCC is the S.W.A.G. Coach for leaders and high achievers who refuse to coast. His signature S.W.A.G. framework — Self-Awareness, Why-Power, Aligned Actions, and Grit — was forged from years of leading under pressure and coaching leaders at every level.

At the California Department of Justice, he created and led the Coaching and Career Development Unit, supporting over 900 leaders across a 5,500-person workforce. His work sparked culture change, fueled leadership promotions, and earned him three Attorney General Awards for Excellence in just four years.

Coach Mo brings the mindset of an athlete into the coaching space — focused, direct, and relentless about building reps where it counts. That edge shaped The Inner Arena, his leadership conditioning framework designed to help high performers build emotional stamina, reset under pressure, and lead with conviction.

Known for his grounded presence and straight-talk style, Coach Mo coaches supervisors, managers, executives, and high achievers to stop performing for the crowd and start leading with purpose.

He is a published author of The What If Effect: Making a Better You Through Changing Habits. He is also the host of the Let’s Think About It Podcast, where he breaks down the inner battles leaders face and the bold choices required to win.

Wendy_Green.png

Director of Program Development

Wendy Green, ACC

Wendy leverages her natural instincts for empathy, listening, and connection to support others in looking beyond the surface, embracing their priorities, stepping into the light, and finding where they fit in the world. She came to coaching after a series of difficult life events left her feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, and overwhelmed. Her coaching practice focuses on people seeking what she found — purpose, fulfillment, and joy. She coaches lawyers and any other professional looking for harmony and balance in their life, as well as leaders looking to level up their communication skills.

She has been an attorney in the Sacramento area for more than 25 years. She is also a Certified Performance Coach and has her ACC credential from ICF. She has a decade of previous board experience in education development and fundraising in the legal community. She also served on the Grants Advisory Commission for the City of Roseville.

At home she loves all forms of entertainment — TV, movies, books, and music. On Wednesdays you can find her trying to win trivia with a team of misfits she has known for years.

Sonia_Singh_ICF_Sacramento_.png

Director of Special Events

Sonia Singh, PCC

Sonia Singh is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and corporate trainer with 25 years of experience
in management, consulting, and leadership development. She is the founder of Point Three Leadership,
a firm dedicated to helping professionals apply neuroscience-backed strategies to lead with greater clarity,
emotional intelligence, and impact.

For the past eight years, Sonia has partnered with high performers, from emerging managers to
senior executives, to elevate their leadership presence, improve team dynamics, and drive meaningful
results. Sonia’s journey into coaching was fueled by a desire to create meaningful impact beyond the
boardroom. A natural listener from a young age, Sonia was often the one others turned to for understanding
and support. Over time, she came to recognize this as more than a personality trait; it was a calling.

Today, that same gift is at the heart of her coaching work, where she brings curiosity and compassion
to help leaders reflect and grow. Her guiding motto, "Embrace each day with the heart of a learner and
the spirit of a leader," reflects her belief that real leadership shows up when you choose courage over
comfort, stay grounded in purpose, and lift others even when it’s tough. It’s not about titles, but presence,
resilience, and intentional choice.

She holds a bachelor’s in psychology from NIU and a master’s in management from Tulane University.
Sonia is a certified DiSC® facilitator and is currently pursuing Mindfulness Meditation Teacher
certification to further integrate mindfulness into her leadership work.
