International Coaching Week (ICW) is a weeklong celebration of the power and profound impact of professional coaching, where a conversation can change everything.

For more than 25 years, ICW has educated the public about the value of professional coaching and the results it helps individuals and organizations achieve.

The week is a powerful catalyst for personal and professional transformation across cultures, industries, and communities. During ICW, coaches, leaders, and individuals from diverse backgrounds around the world come together to spark growth, promote resilience, and inspire positive change. 

For coaches, ICW serves as a platform not only to raise public awareness about coaching, but to foster connections with peers worldwide while promoting collaboration and learning in the coaching community.

But ICW is not just for professional coaches. It’s also for those interested in experiencing professional coaching for the first time and seeing for themselves how it can be a powerful catalyst for growth, helping them define and manifest personal and professional goals, work through challenges, and create lasting change.

We’re still at work finalizing our event details for this transformative week, but for now, please save the date! When you join us for ICW you’ll find many ways to engage, make connections, and experience coaching for yourself.

• Join a virtual panel with professional coaches sharing about a number of coaching-related topics. You can learn more about what professional coaching is, see a real-time laser coaching demonstration, and join in a Q&A session. At the end of the session, you’ll have an opportunity to request your own complementary laser coaching session with a professional coach.

• Attend “Connect with ICF Sacramento Coaches” events where you’ll have the opportunity to talk and network with professional coaches from our chapter

• Join other in-person events aligned with topics such as work, relationships, and holistic health

• For coaches, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with other coaches and those who are coach-curious to share about your work

• For those who have experienced professional coaching, you’ll have an opportunity to share about the ways coaching has impacted you
