International Coaching Week (ICW)

International Coaching Week (ICW) is a worldwide 7-day celebration of the power and profound impact of professional coaching, where a conversation can change everything.

For more than 25 years, ICW has educated the public about the value of professional coaching and the results it helps individuals and organizations achieve.

The week is a powerful catalyst for personal and professional transformation across cultures, industries, and communities. During ICW, coaches, leaders, and individuals from diverse backgrounds around the world come together to spark growth, promote resilience, and inspire positive change.

For coaches, ICW serves as a platform not only to raise public awareness about the impact of professional coaching, but to foster connections with peers worldwide while promoting both collaboration and learning in the coaching community.

But ICW is not just for professional coaches. It’s also for those interested in experiencing professional coaching for the first time and seeing for themselves how it can be a powerful catalyst for growth, helping them define and manifest personal and professional goals, work through challenges, and create lasting change.

Join the ICW 2026 Coast to Coast Pro Bono Coaching Challenge

In partnership with ICF Los Angeles and ICF Maryland, ICF Sacramento invites coaches to offer at least 3 hours of pro bono coaching between April 1 and May 17. The coaching can be individual, team, group, mentor coaching, or coaching supervision. Submit your hours by May 22 to receive a certificate for coaching.

Individual coaches from any chapter, or anywhere in the world, are invited to participate — making this a true coast to coast effort! We invite you to be creative in finding your pro bono clients in order to amplify the positive impact of coaching.

Designed to be simple, meaningful, and measurable, this challenge will create real change for clients while strengthening our shared coaching community. Together, we'll showcase the transformative power of coaching and build momentum toward an unforgettable International Coaching Week.
