Virtual Monthly Chapter Meeting - Conversations Worth Having

Virtual Club Chapter Meeting - June
Conversations Worth Having

Conversations are at the heart of everything we do. They are key to effective leadership, high performing teams, and strong relationships. We all know that they influence us, but we rarely stop to think about how much they affect our well-being and our ability to thrive.

Our presenter, Sylvette Wake, will share with you life-changing ideas and tools that your clients can use in every area of their lives.  This will include (1) offering a new perspective on conversations and (2) practices that will turn any conversation into one worth having.  We will:

  • Explore the nature of our conversations
  • Learn how appreciative inquiry supports effective communication
  • Apply two practices to create conversations worth having
