Engaging Coaching for Humanity and the Planet

Please join ICF Sacramento for our Virtual Lunch & Learn (L&L) on November 25. We are delighted to have a guest joining who will educate us on the ICF Foundation and the ICF Ignite Initiative - Engaging Coaching for Humanity and the Planet!

Through pro bono coaching projects, the ICF Foundation’s Ignite Initiative uses the collective power of ICF Chapters, Members and Credential holders to accelerate the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

At this event, member Tracy Kreiss, ACC, will share how Ignite projects are structured, and how project responsibilities and support materials provided by the ICF Foundation facilitate a successful local project. Our intention is to harness Sacramento Chapter members’ collective passion, experience, ideas, and commitment to identify and support, through pro bono coaching, a local organization whose mission aligns with a United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal.

For context, we’ll briefly review the Ignite Engaging Humanity through Education 2019 Social Impact Report, then review the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals that the chapter is considering in next year’s project scope.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn how to participate, brainstorm in breakout groups, and influence our chapter to be of extraordinary impact at a local and global level in 2021.

Bio

Tracy Kreiss, ACC is a Leadership & Life Coach and principal at TransitionMuse, an independent coaching business. She partners with clients to optimize their career and life transitions with insight, clarity and possibility thinking. Prior to coaching, Tracy’s work experience encompasses 25 years in organizational learning and professional education.

She is passionate about supporting the transition of organizational leaders from high performers/drivers to visionaries/mentors; and mid-life transitioners in creating a life in alignment with their authentic selves, deeper purpose, and heartfelt desires.

Tracy is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. She earned a professional coaching certificate through the University of California, Davis and a teaching credential through the University of California, Irvine. She also holds a degree in organizational learning development from Southern Illinois University.
