Core Competency Zoom Session: Meeting Ethical Guidelines and Professional Standards

Join us on Thursday, March 19th, 2020, at 6 pm for the first Core Competency Zoom-class Series!

What does it mean to be ethical as a coach? How well do you know ICF's Code of Conduct? What are some of the common missteps coaches make, and how can you avoid them? If you are an ICF Coach and you are committed to upholding our Professional Standards, join us for this interactive zoom-based class to deepen your knowledge of our Code of Conduct and keep your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.

Come prepared to ask questions, share your experiences and explore the boundaries of professional conduct for coaching.

This session will be facilitated by our Professional Development Director, Kim Kristenson-Lee
Kim is a Leadership, Team and Change Coach, and founder of Labyrinth-Leadership Group, a for-cause coaching company. Labyrinths signify a complex journey toward a goal worth striving for. Kim works with clients building leadership capacity for life and work. Kim is an advisor and faculty member at the Center for Purposeful Leadership, a Mastery Teacher for Integral Transformative Practices International (ITPI), a certified Hogan Leadership Assessor, and a certified Master Convening Leader. Prior to Labyrinth, Kim spent 25 years in strategic planning and leadership development roles at Chevron. She holds an MAIR from University of Minnesota.
