Bring your lunch to your desk and a coaching tool to our Virtual Lunch and Learn! We will be exploring how to use tools in our coaching conversations and sharing tools that we find useful. We are hoping everyone will walk away with more tools in their toolbox and even have an opportunity to try a few things out!
Coaching tools are resources you can use to engage your client in a unique way to evoke change. From assessments to activities to NLP to values based tools; there are many ways we can help our clients beyond questions!
