Come PLAY with us and learn how to use "The Coaching Game" by Points of You to help your clients connect with what is most important to them, expand their perspectives, and playfully discover themselves on a whole new level. 

Zooming In is a mini workshop that connects people together, enables authentic communication, and reminds each of us who he or she is and it does all that using a unique image card game designed for coaching. 

You will learn how to:
  • Use the game to spark greater creativity and bring out your client's intuition 
  • Generate powerful questions, create awareness, and design actions
  • Practice coaching individuals and groups

Tina R. Shaw, PCC has been using Points-of-You tools for about a year, and was so impressed with the impact they had on her clients, that she wanted to learn more. She recently completed an intensive 5 day Points-of-You Trainer Certification Program so she can teach others how to use these tools, and spread the magic and positive impact she has seen these games make in the lives of those who experience them. 

Tina Shaw is an accomplished organizational development professional and coach with a passion for ensuring changes transfer to improved performance and business results. 

Whether coaching, facilitating a class, leading a team, or collaborating with executives and other leaders, Tina has a way of listening actively, and then processing and helping others to process by asking great questions and helping others to think and discover insights that help them achieve their goals.

Tina holds a B.S. in Business Management, completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Professional Coaching for Life and Work Program at UC Davis Extension and has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF. 
She is a Past President (2016-2017) for ICF Sacramento Chapter and currently serves on the Board as Special Events Director.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the event; however, refunds will be in the form of credit for a future event. Non-members who register for a future event and want to use a credit from a prior event MUST search and select their record from the non-member database after clicking the Register button. After clicking Register for an event, you will be taken to a screen to input your info, you will see a link titled "Have you previously registered for an event or are you on our mailing list? Click here to search." Enter your email and first name, then Search. When your record is returned, your credit should be applied if you cancelled your registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.
