WHAT IS A COACHING CULTURE?
A Coaching Culture is a culture of continual learning & development that strengthens & builds capacity in employees from the ground floor to the C-suite and the organization as a whole. Organizations with a developed coaching culture have found that employees at all levels have a greater sense of self-efficacy, more resilience in the face of obstacles & change, improved performance, higher self-esteem, better problem-solving skills, greater insight & higher levels of employee engagement & retention.

ROI FROM DEVELOPING A COACHING CULTURE
Although the intangible benefits of developing a coaching culture within an organization are many, the tangible bottom line ROI is also great. Studies have identified a return on investment ranging from 200% net over one year to up to 689%. as reported in International Coaching Psychology Review. And that is just the first year!  And those are just the tangible benefits!
