The fourth ICF Core Competency - Coaching Presence - will help you create a spontaneous relationship with the client, employing a style that is authentic, open, flexible and confident.

Together we will unpack what it means to "Dance in the Moment" with our clients; how to stay fully present and flexible to serve their agenda, and how humor can be incorporated in this dance.

Join us for this interactive teleclass to deepen your knowledge of co-creating the coaching relationship and keep your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.

Come prepared to ask questions, share your experience and explore the nuances of Coaching Presence.

This session will be facilitated by one of our Chapter Members, Rob Balaam.

Rob is a personal and professional coach who holds his CPCC and ACC. He has been a coach for the last 6 years. Along with coaching, Rob is also a nationally certified professional sign Language interpreter.

Rob is founder and co-owner of Partners In Communication LLC, a company that provides sign language interpreters in Northern California. He holds a BS degree in Organizational Leadership from Capella University and is currently a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.
