Contact Michele Tevis, President, at jmtevis@att.net  for more information.

News from ICF Global
Do you know the History?
Professional coach, Thomas Leonard, started ICF in 1995 as a non-profit organization for fellow coaches to support each other and grow the profession. The following year, a president was appointed, and a board of directors established. The first ICF Chapter was established in the same year and by May 1996, there were more than 60 ICF Chapters worldwide.  ICF will be twenty-five years old in 2020. Credential Holders Update

25,781: ICF Credential-holders
460: ICF Credential applications approved in March 2019

In April, ICF will launch a new software platform designed to make it easier than ever for coaches to apply for and renew their credentials. With the new platform, coaches will be able to: initiate and access a credential application or renewal application via their profile on the ICF website; complete applications over time, instead of all at once; monitor application status in real time; and begin logging CCEUs toward renewal at any time after earning a credential. More information will be shared soon via email and at https://coachfederation.org/credential-updates.

Coleen Chandler, our newly appointed Credential Officer will be reaching out to the coaches whose credential expires in December 2019 to provide assistance with the Global process.  She will be sending out an e-mail in Mid-May with more details.
