Biography
I'm passionate about using the power of coaching to help existing and aspiring leaders take themselves and their teams to the next level. I inspire new perspectives in goal setting, conflict competency, values alignment, building trust, increasing influence, and overcoming barriers to success.
I spent more than 25 years as a leader in Human Resoures, supporting and partnering with Executives, Managers, Business Leaders and their teams and bring this valuable corporate lens to my coaching engagements. I am strategically minded, yet operationally sound and bring a good balance of expertise in all areas of HR with strengths in HR operations, organizational development, engagement, retention and building a positive culture through an extraordinary employee experience.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a Coaching Certificate from UC Davis Extension and hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. I'm a member of the ICF global and the local chapter and member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
I am a firm believer that everything rises and falls on leadership and find fulfillment and purpose in developing leaders, their teams, and their organizations to their full potential.
