Biography
Coach Nycole, MSW, MCPC, TICC
Coach Nycole has been working in social work for the past 15 years. She received her Master of Social Work degree and Certificate in Trauma Practice at Simmons University. She is passionate about working with individuals and families navigating through difficult transitions and being impacted by trauma. Coach Nycole’s educational studies enhanced her skills in studying the lifespan of trauma with adults and families and attachment and neurobiology in social work practice. Coach Nycole specializes in trauma work; her enhanced clinical skills allowed her to work with children and adolescents impacted by trauma.
Coach Nycole's coaching core values are Humanistic, Integrity, and Holistic. My approach with clients is humanistic, and integrity is the foundation of my practice utilizing a holistic model for the transformative change of the whole person (mind, body, and soul). Coach Nycole's inspiration is from her experience of redefining everything someone ever told her about herself; she, too—needed a R.E.S.E.T and wanted to share her journey with others.
R.E.S.E.T YOU Coaching Services, LLC. is centered around assisting individuals with navigating difficult transitions and the idea that every individual has the potential to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life. Coach Nycole aligns her practice with Brain, Mind, and Body practices in understanding how trauma impacts our bodies through how we feel and think.
Coach Nycole loves to smile, laugh, and listen to music as her life theme. She also enjoys meditation, walking, and self-care activities.
